The organization and operation of learning groups according to individual needs
by József SOLYMOSY and Edit GYŐRIK

First the authors gives reason of applying the form of learning groups instead of traditional in regular secondary schools classes; since the students of the Tanoda come from different secondary schools with very different knowledge, this choice of the way of teaching seems is really logic.
Then they speak about the structure of these groups.
The formation of these groups happens in the first some weeks of the academic year. There must be an equilibrance of the "old" and the "new" students. The main point of forming these groups is always the actual level of knowledge of the certain student.
Later the demands of different subjects, the structure of timetable, the first contract, and the occasional contracts are described.
The importance of the genuine and supportive atmosphere of learning, and the Tanoda as a whole is strongly emphasized.
In the last part of the text the authors speak about the advantages and the disadvantages of learning groups.
